Whether yes or no, the Eiffel Tower does add that dash of romance in Paris ever since it is there.
As far as I had went, as much as I had seen, I have not yet find or found something that can match Eiffel Tower if you are talking about romantic.

Paris is a romantic place whether at Eiffel or any part of Paris including their middle rate restuarant.
