A Holiday with a Mission – Tissue Paper

Upon arriving in HKG via ferry from Macau….. there are student volunteers who stationed around the immigration hall helping those Chinese pple to fill in the immigration form… We must have lookd to goon –do (awaken juz from sleep in the ferry), they wanted to take away our passport to help us to fill in. I got irritated as they didn’t even ask you properly before taking away your document. So, I spoke to them in PERFECT English and then they realised we are not china Chinese and let us alone.

While some are doing the form filling, some gave out packets of tissue papers. It must the earlier incident about HKG tour guides abandon a ground of Chinese tourists along a deserted road after they refused to buy anything from the shops that the tour guide brought them there. News broke out in Asia and the tourism board was embarrassed and so I think this is one way to ‘warn’ the tourists as all advices are in Chinese.

Telling you to compare prices among shops. If one shop is exceptionally cheap than the rest… beware or report to the tourism board, etc, etc….. And a list of numbers they can call in the event of emergency…..

Good stuff !
