A new stall has opened in the food court below our office and has been seeing long queues during lunch everyday. Finally, we decided to have lunch early on Friday and 'die die' wanted to try the new stall. Firstly, we need to know what's so good about this new stall since we are working in the vicinity and secondly, I'm embarking on a health programme tomorrow onwards, so I MUST EAT all the 'heavy duty' food to comfort myself. Ha ha...
Queue was already forming when we went down at 11.30am, but it move fast.
So, what's cooking ? Hokkien Fried Prawn Mee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look at the whole wok of hokkien mee. The cook actually uses the mini pot to cook as well as to act as a scoop. Minimum $4 but serving is filling and generous. The stall uses the white leaf to hold the noodles and use it to wrap even if you 'tah pau'.
See our happy faces and how we indulge and enjoyed the mee ! The mee will not dry up even the mee turns cold and it is very tasty. Yum Yum !
It's one of our favourite stall now. But if you want to have it, either have early lunch or late lunch. Avoid 12noon to 1.30pm. But good food must wait lah...
